Madden Girl -Kiiwii Nude Wedges

These are my new Spring/Summer wedges.
Aren't they just gorgeous?

At first, I was looking for a pair of nude pumps. But to completely honest, I'm not super comfortable wearing high heeled pumps yet. So, when I first saw these, I said to myself well . . .  these technically count as a nude shoe, so I tried them on, and Bam! I was 100% sold on them. They are just so darn perfect and most importantly they have a pop of pink to them :D Ahhh . . . I love them so much! lol

Victoria Secret, Marshals and Kiosk haul!

Today's outfit of the day!
Last week I went shopping and had such a blast! I went to Victoria Secret and got these polka dot legging yoga pants. I find myself lounging in them quite a lot. So I'm definitely getting another pair. I also got this pullover sweater. I like it because it's casual and it's super light.
The second thing i got this week was these beautiful nude wedges made by Madden Girl. I picked these up from Marshals and I got them for an amazing price you are not going to believe this but they were only $30 buck.
I'll do a separate post on them so you can see how amazing they look :D

I also got suckered into buying this moisturizing day cream. The sales lady at the Kiosk was extremely pushy and insisted that I had to treat myself and she also claimed that this product was featured on one of Dr. Oz television segments and blah blah blah. I gave in, i have no idea what stopped me from saying no. But i left the mall thinking that I got an amazing deal and when i got home I found this exact same product on Amazon for $23  I was literally so sick to my stomach when i found out that i had payed double the amount of what it was really worth. Oh well . . .
you Live and Learn!  Right girls?
So last but not least, today I did my nails. They turned out really nice. I used N.Y.C. nail polish in Polyester Pink Creme which only cost me 99 cents.
Yeay me . . .

Happy Valentine's Day!!!!

Sees Chocolates are my favorite!
Love day began with us going to the movie. We saw 'The Vow'
It wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but I love Rachel McAdams so it wasn't a total disappointment. Geoffrey and I always split a pretzel with cheese. It's kind of our little thing. I usually get to spit the pretzel apart and he gets first pick at it. I usually pray for the bigger half ha ha

After the movies, we went to the Macaroni Grille. Geoffrey ordered the whole wheat pasta with grilled chicken, roasted cherry tomatoes with asparagus. Yummy . .  .
I ordered the gluten free penne pasta and added grilled shrimp, veal meatballs, and asparagus. Since I'm in a real health kick right now, I ended up saving most of my dinner. Like Betheny Frankels would say, "You can have it all, just not all at once" This is a rule that I definitely live by. Anyway, since I saved a bunch of calories, I decided to treat myself with a desert. I ordered their infamous home made chocolate cake. This cake is so rich that a couple of bites did the trick. This cake is served hot and it comes with melted Ghirardelli chocolate. What more can a girl ask for?
If you been to The Macaroni grill, you already may be familiar with their table settings. They use these long sheets of papers where doodling is very encouraged. They're mostly used to keep children occupied, but for some reason geoffrey and I always turn into 5 year olds whenever we dine there. ha ha We usually compare doodles but this time around, geoffrey really surprised me. He drew me a picture of a Tiffany box with a big bow in the center of it. I really didn't think much of it, but minutes later, he somehow managed to place my Tiffany gift right on top of his tiffany box doodle. It was the sweetest thing ever!!!!!  I got these beautiful silver bead earrings that I have been wanting for some time now. Anyway, it was such a fun day full of food and most importantly love.

So, anything special you did for Valentine's Day?

Ray-ban sunglasses 3025

I really love the way these Ray-Ban sunglasses look on Vanessa Hudgens. But not everyone can rock a good pair of aviator shades. So I'm very anxious to go to the mall this week and try them on. Now, my only hesitation when it comes to purchasing designer sunglasses is the actual fear of A. breaking them or B. losing them. Let me just tell you, I take great care of all of my belongings, but for some strange reason, sunglasses have never been one of them.

What are your thoughts on these aviator sunglasses? Do you like them? Hate them? Either way, I would love to hear your input.

It's so sad to think about, but for us who live in Arizona, the cold season is literally almost over. Call me opportunistic, but for me 66 degrees is just the perfect excuse to wear a cozy coat. Gotta take whatever cold weather comes my way. Moving on . . .
Ever since I started school, I've  been wearing more makeup than usual. To be honest, it feels kinda strange. I noticed that as I age, I'm leaning towards more neutral shades. Which can be kind of boring. Right? It's always nice to switch things up. Whether it's my eyeshadow, hair, nails  or dresser. (Speaking of dressers, I actually moved my dresser yesterday from one side of the room to the other. It's funny, b/c that's the only thing that I can move in that tiny little room on mine.) Anyway, where was I going with this? Oh, yes! Somehow, changing or tweaking something in your normal routine life can help you spice things up. Even if it is simply just colored eyeshadow.

So, have you done or tried anything differently this month?
