Sees Chocolates are my favorite!
Love day began with us going to the movie. We saw 'The Vow'
It wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but I love Rachel McAdams so it wasn't a total disappointment. Geoffrey and I always split a pretzel with cheese. It's kind of our little thing. I usually get to spit the pretzel apart and he gets first pick at it. I usually pray for the bigger half ha ha
After the movies, we went to the Macaroni Grille. Geoffrey ordered the whole wheat pasta with grilled chicken, roasted cherry tomatoes with asparagus. Yummy . . .
I ordered the gluten free penne pasta and added grilled shrimp, veal meatballs, and asparagus. Since I'm in a real health kick right now, I ended up saving most of my dinner. Like Betheny Frankels would say, "You can have it all, just not all at once" This is a rule that I definitely live by. Anyway, since I saved a bunch of calories, I decided to treat myself with a desert. I ordered their infamous home made chocolate cake. This cake is so rich that a couple of bites did the trick. This cake is served hot and it comes with melted Ghirardelli chocolate. What more can a girl ask for?

If you been to The Macaroni grill, you already may be familiar with their table settings. They use these long sheets of papers where doodling is very encouraged. They're mostly used to keep children occupied, but for some reason geoffrey and I always turn into 5 year olds whenever we dine there. ha ha We usually compare doodles but this time around, geoffrey really surprised me. He drew me a picture of a Tiffany box with a big bow in the center of it. I really didn't think much of it, but minutes later, he somehow managed to place my Tiffany gift right on top of his tiffany box doodle. It was the sweetest thing ever!!!!! I got these beautiful silver bead earrings that I have been wanting for some time now. Anyway, it was such a fun day full of food and most importantly love.
So, anything special you did for Valentine's Day?
